This site — healthyhealthtips.shop — and the Velohold brand are operated by Wuhan Sichiheng Trading Co., Ltd.（武汉思持衡商贸有限公司）, Wanda Plaza (Plot 12C2), Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone, Wuhan, Hubei, China. "We", "us" and "Velohold" mean that company. By browsing the site or ordering from it, you accept these terms.
Who you are buying from
Velohold products are sold by the operator named above. Orders are placed by WhatsApp, email or the contact form; we confirm stock, price and delivery, then send a payment link. A contract forms when we confirm your payment and dispatch details.
Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars unless a quote says otherwise. We work hard to keep product pages accurate, but if we slip — a wrong price, an oversold stock count — we will tell you straight away and refund in full; you are never charged more than the price you accepted.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payment links are handled by our payment providers under their own security terms; we receive only the amount and a reference, which is how we match your order.
Delivery and risk
Dispatch times, transit estimates and duties are described on the Shipping page; the 30-day return window is on the Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery at the address you gave us.
Warranty
Every Velohold product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the day it is delivered. What that does not cover: the honest scars of use — scuffed straps, worn hook-and-loop, faded finish, a light you drove over. Manufacturing defects get repaired, replaced or refunded at our choice.
Using this site
Fine: browsing, ordering, linking to us. Not fine: hammering the server with scrapers, fake orders, probing for vulnerabilities, or using the site to break anyone's laws. We may block abuse and cancel orders that look like it.
Liability
If something goes wrong with a purchase, our liability is capped at what you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude — including your statutory consumer rights, which always win over these terms.
