You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. Personalised or monogrammed pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Message us on WhatsApp or email sawn897bsvn@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason. We send return instructions and the return address within one business day. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty.
