Numbers first, like everything else we sell.
Rates
Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $60. Under $60, a flat $8.90 worldwide — same price to Toronto as to Berlin. Prefer speed over patience? DHL and FedEx express are available at cost, quoted per destination: message us with your country and we send the number back the same day.
Dispatch
Payment confirmed, order packed. We hand parcels to the carrier within 1–2 business days, and the tracking number lands with you by email or WhatsApp the moment the label is scanned.
Transit times
Standard service runs 7–14 business days depending on destination and how busy customs is; express usually lands in 3–6 business days. National holidays on either end can add a day or two — if that happens we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes are set by your country, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. Every parcel is declared accurately and at full value — we do not under-declare, and we will not falsify documents on request.
If a parcel stalls
No tracking movement for 7+ days, or "delivered" but nothing at your door? Message WhatsApp +852 9171 0214 or email sawn897bsvn@hotmail.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation the same day, chase it, and replace or refund anything confirmed lost.
