We rebuilt it three times with Hypalon-lined straps and a frame sheet before it passed 40 hours of corrugation with a decibel meter zip-tied to the down tube.

That's the bench protocol every Velohold product goes through now: bags get corrugated, lights get frozen and soaked, tools get torqued until they round or prove they won't. The failure modes are boring, which is exactly the point — nothing on this site is here for the photo.

Specs are published on every page because you ride with the numbers, not the adjectives. And when the numbers raise a question, WhatsApp gets you a mechanic, not a bot.
