Privacy policy
We publish specs on our products, so our privacy policy should be just as readable. Last updated: September 16, 2026.
The short version
We only hold the details you deliberately give us — your name, your contact details, your shipping address and whatever you write to us. We use them to answer you and to get your order to your door. We do not sell data, we do not run ad trackers, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
What we collect, and where from
When you message us (WhatsApp, the contact form on this site, or email): your name, the contact handle you used, and the content of the conversation. If a conversation turns into an order, the delivery name, address and phone number you gave us join the record.
When you browse the site: our web server keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps — for security and to catch abuse. These logs are not merged with marketing profiles, because we do not run marketing profiles.
Payments: when we send you a payment link, the payment provider processes your card or wallet under its own privacy policy. We see the amount and a payment reference — never your card number.
What we do with it
Four things: reply to your questions, pack and ship your order, handle warranty and returns, and keep the records our accountants and tax rules require. That is the whole list. If you signed up for restock news, we send restock news until you say stop.
Who else sees it
Only what the job needs: the shipping carrier gets your delivery details, the payment provider gets the transaction details. We do not share, sell or rent anything to advertisers, data brokers or "marketing partners". There are no marketing partners.
Where your data lives
Messages and order records are kept by our team in China; the website and its server logs run on infrastructure in the United States. That means your information may be transferred between these two countries when we handle your enquiry or order. We treat it the same way wherever it sits: access is limited to the people who answer customers and ship parcels.
How long we keep it
Chat and email conversations: up to 24 months, so your next enquiry does not start from zero. Order and warranty records: as long as tax and consumer-protection rules require. Server logs: 90 days, then gone.
Your rights
Write to us and you can get a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop using it. We answer every request within 30 days — usually much faster. If you are in the EU/UK or a US state with its own privacy law, these rights apply on top of whatever local law gives you; we do not ask you to jump through extra hoops either way.
Children
This shop is for adult riders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 — if we learn we have, we delete it.
